What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC

All packages are currently shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Please select the option you’d prefer during checkout. I can ship via UPS or FedEx via custom orders but you’ll need to contact me first to work out the details.

INTERNATIONAL

Currently, my checkout options do not offer international shipping but I’m looking into offering it! However, if you’re interested in shipping flies internationally do not hesitate to contact me to see if it is something I can help you with.

 

What is your turn around time?

I do not maintain any inventory so all flies are tied to order. That being said my average turnaround time, depending on order size, is 5-7 business days (not including shipping time). If you are concerned about the time frame (exact fishing trip date etc), especially on a larger order, don’t hesitate to contact me via my contact page.

Do you offer custom orders?

If you’re looking for something you’ve seen on my Instagram page or something you don’t see on my site feel free to reach me via the contact page. 

Can I return or cancel my order?

The general answer is no but sometimes exceptions have to be made and if you find any issues with your order please contact me so we can figure out a solution.
